GIFT VOUCHERS – HOW THEY WORK…

To order your gift voucher - click on the 'Purchase a Gift Voucher' button and add vouchers in £50 denominations to your cart, depending on what value of voucher you would like (minimum spend £50). We will then process your payment via Stripe/credit card. All glamping gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed towards a stay (minimum 2 nights). A printed gift voucher and card can be posted to the recipient or we can email you a PDF version. We aim to email or post a gift voucher Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class within receipt of your full payment.

To redeem your gift voucher – check the availability calendar at www.peakdistricthideout.com for your preferred stay dates, then simply book online, call or email us with your preferred dates and provide your unique gift voucher code. We will contact you to confirm the booking and process any additional costs or extras for your stay. Weekends and popular dates get booked up quickly so we advise booking well in advance of your required dates. Gift vouchers can be redeemed as payment against a stay to an equal or greater value and must be used by the expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to buy a gift voucher. No change can be given from a gift voucher. Our standard Terms & Conditions of Booking and cancellation policy will apply to all gift voucher bookings.
